Call us, we'll arrange the shipping at no cost to you! We'll pick it up, bring it to our factory, have one of our specialists inspect it, and give you an accurate quote. If you like it, great! We'll do the work and send it back to you. You only get charged for the work! If not, we'll ship it back to you free, no harm done. What other plater will make that guarantee?

Q: Why free shipping?

A: In order to give you an accurate quote on your part, it is necessary for us to have the part in hand so that we can assess any and all issues with the piece before we start work on it. With chrome platers dropping like flies recently, we here at Ogden Chrome understand how difficult it is to find a good, local chrome plater. So we decided to make it our mission to be in as many places as we can, even if we don't have a building that is local to our customers.

Q: Do you just bundle the extra shipping cost in with the cost of the work you do on the part?

A: No! We pride ourselves on doing honest business. When we give you a quote, the price is the price. There are no extra tacked-on fees or hiding the cost of the shipping. What you see is truly what you get.

Q: How can you afford to ship for free?

A: Because we want to be your local chrome plater! And the cost of free shipping is much, much less than opening shops all over the country. That makes it worth it!
